Prices include VAT

  1. Upon receipt of payment for the order, the goods are shipped within 2-3 business days (if possible on the same or the next day), on holidays or during sale preriod - orders are processing longer;

  2. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer;

  3. Purchasing goods for 29 Eur and more - FREE shipping in Lithuania to OMNIVA parcel machines or DPD Pickup terminals, points;
    (*if the volume of goods exceeds the maximum volume of the postal machine compartment - a fee of EUR 1.99 is applied for an additional shipment);

  4. The customer is informed about dispatched parcel by e-mail;

  5. Orders are accepted during public holidays, only shipping and delivery on weekdays;

  6. We are not responsible for delays in parcel services or damage to parcel contents.

 

Returning the goods

  1. The defects of goods are eliminated, the goods are replaced and returned in accordance with the Minister of Economy 2001. June 29 Order no. 217 “Dėl Daiktų grąžinimo ir keitimo taisyklių patvirtinimo” (Žin., 2001, Nr.58-2105) approved Return and Replacement Rules, within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment;

  2. Measured goods according to customer's requirements (cords, cables, chains, ribbons, etc.). https://infolex.lt/ta/12755:str6.228-10;

  3. The following are also considered to be irretrievable goods: pearls, precious stones, precious metals and articles thereof, except imitation jewelery;

  4. The goods are returned at the buyer's expense, i.e. - shipping costs are covered by the buyer, which is non-refundable;

  5. Replacement and return of goods is only possible if the item is intact and has not lost its appearance;

  6. In order to return the goods - please fill in the return receipt, which you will have to send with the returned goods, registered item;

  7. Claims for goods will not be accepted after the expiration of the 14 day period after receipt of the goods.
